We had a wonderful car buying experience of our first car, a Mazda CX-5 with James. James is extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. He graciously enabled us to take multiple test drives, ex car, a Mazda CX-5 with James. James is extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. He graciously enabled us to take multiple test drives, explained all of the options and kept a no-pressure positive atmosphere. We also had a wonderful experience with Ali in finance, who went above and beyond to make sure we have the best protection for our purchase, and the manager Mo. After dealing with a different Mazda dealer who I felt was less than professional, I walked into Wayne Mazda and was treated the way a customer should always be treated. In the end, I believe we both walked away feeling like it was a fair deal for both sides. When it came time to pick up my new car, Nalda in Finance was very helpful in explaining all the forms I had to sign that day. She made it very easy and painless. James was extremely helpful in explaining the car's features and helping me to download and sign in to the Mazda app. I would highly recommend James, Nalda and Wayne Mazda. More
