Brand new car and in the same day of picking up this car with less than 50 miles on it the horn just goes off in the middle of driving. Needless to say this vehicle is unsafe for my 18 daughter to drive in and it was dropped off to Mazda service. I was told they would need 2 hours it's been a full week since dropping this car because this is something they never seen before? So then we are told the part is on back order, doesn't make sense? If this has never happened before as you say then the part or parts should be readily available. Now I'm being told the part or parts will be in on Monday. I could continue on about this whole experience from the purchasing stages of the car to poor service till now but I won't. I've consulted my attorney and I will move forward per his guidance. More

But this time I was assured by my salesman, Steve that things would be perfect for me - and they were. Complete transparency; no funny business; honest; straight forward and quick! Really the best experience I've had buying/leasing a car. Thanks to Steve I was out and on my way in no time - with a gorgeous new CX5 at a price I was comfortable paying. The woman in finance was kind and intelligent and made the experience complete and easy. More

Harold came on board when it was time to talk finances and again I felt my questions and concerns were addressed and answered with patience and professionalism. I received a recall notice by email that turned out to be from Carfax and not Mazda although the recall and fix suggestion are legit according to Mazda Corporate. I have an appointment in a few days to get the recall fixed and an oil change. Considering how the service dept was on the phone and the reviews I've read regarding the service dept, I am very nervous about regarding this appointment. My salesman, Stone Aguirre, was patient with my indecisiveness, kind and very professional. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, accommodating and not “pushy” at all - which was a HUGE deal for me. We worked together and I ended up with an amazing 2019 Mazda CX-9 at a great deal. I had been dreading buying a car for months simply because I didn’t want to deal with the process. Stone and Wayne Mazda put my worries to rest and made the entire process pleasant.
