Expect to pay 20% or more of whatever price they advertised. They will try whatever it takes to make you buy a car once you’re in the dealership. If they don’t get the price they want, they’ll treat advertised. They will try whatever it takes to make you buy a car once you’re in the dealership. If they don’t get the price they want, they’ll treat you like garbage after your purchase. I just purchased a certified pre-owned from Wayne Mazda. The online price was $24,443. When I sat down with the sales rep., the final OTD price was almost $31,000. They added $2500 certification fee which is ridiculous, since it was advertised as certified car with the $24,443 price tag. On top of it the $799 documentation fee. After I refused to pay for their free lunch. We went back and forth; the manager also came. Finally, I agreed with the so-called final offer of $27,750. Don’t think I got a good deal. My nightmare just started. When signing the paper, additional fee and insurance were added. The final price tag comes to $28,550. Then, I was told the car has only ONE key. The sales even rep asked, why do I need two keys? What kind of stupid question is that? Since I bought Extract insurance ($999) for key replacement. They would get a 2nd key for me. I had to leave the car with the dealership and go back the next day. Problem again, when I went back to pick up the car the next day, the front license plate frame is missing, and the new MAZDA OEM key fob blade inside the fob also missing. I texted and called and was told MAZDA OEM key fob doesn’t include the physical key blade. Really!!??. Can anyone confirm that?? Now, they ignore my message. Maybe if I just paid whatever they asked for, I would not encounter all these problems. Good luck to all of you planning to buy a car from Wayne Mazda!!!!! More

I don’t offen write reviews but there are times when it feels foolish not to when you experience something extraordinary. Since spring I was on a hunt for Mazda CX90 Premium Preferred package in white with beige leather and to sum it up it was very unpleasant experience ; Switching from CX9 it very difficult because to get all the features that came in Grand Touring package I had no choice but step up into price I was not comfortable and I would say excessive . I approached at least four dealers and all told me to wait a month and spend more money for my lease . When I did find a deal with a CX90 in stock with competitive price I was in hurry to grab it . On the day of delivery, I attempted to do last minute price compare with Wayne Mazda . This is where amazing things started to happen . I explained my situation and that I had a deal in hand and shortly after a sales person sent me an sms message introducing him self : His name was Juan Huaraca, I was very upfront told him where I was in my shopping stage and I assumed it was going to be a waste of time but to my surprise this young man went out of his way to under cut my deal I had in hand. He was very polite and very direct with intention to earn my business . To be clear twice he countered the price I got from other dealer . Wife and I were very discouraged because it sounded too good to be true and were ready go with other dealer and inform him about our decision. Please note almost entire time we were texting and I had no time to call that day . When he heard I was walking away he asked what would make me happy to make deal go through and to my surprise he met me half way to where I wanted to be. Essentially it meant I would only need to pay $25 more per month for a most luxurious car I ever had and loaded with most advanced features and amenities in modern luxury brands . Wife and I were in shock and did not think it was a real deal but felt we had nothing to loose and patiently waited for a month until the our car was finally delivered to Wayne Mazda. I was counting hours and days in my anticipation. Again let me repeat that I barely actually spoke to Juan and to me he was a complete stranger when I finally met him in person he was kind, polite, and very efficient with handling the delivery of the car process. With his diligence I spent no more than an hour to drive away with my stunning vehicle. I could not be any more happier with Juan as a salesman I felt he like he fought hard to earn my business and made me feel like valued customer . I wish Juan nothing but success and very bright future as salesman . When I saw him last I told him I wished I had met him earlier few months back when I got my new CX30 I am certain I would get even better deal. To summarise, Wayne Mazda is an excellent dealership and the sales people are excellent especially Juan . I definitely see myself returning to Wayne Mazda in three years for my next vehicle when the lease matures. I highly recommend this dealership. More
