#Happy Customer! My mom bought a CX-5 at Wayne Mazda a few years ago, so when I was looking for a Mazda myself, Wayne Mazda was on my list. They didn’t have the car I My mom bought a CX-5 at Wayne Mazda a few years ago, so when I was looking for a Mazda myself, Wayne Mazda was on my list. They didn’t have the car I wanted, so I went to other Mazda dealerships that had one available. After weeks of torture and coming so close of giving up my dream of owning an MX-5, I decided to contact Wayne Mazda. Christina, the internet sales representative, advised me that, even though they didn't have the MX-5 I wanted on the lot, her sales team might be able to locate one. With a spark of new hope, I set up an appointment with one of the sales guys. Peter greeted me with a friendly and professional welcome. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I laid out the numbers that I was comfortable with. Peter took some notes and went to see his finance manager. About ten minutes later he came back and let me know that he founded the car I wanted. However, the offer was way out of my range. I insisted on the price I wanted to pay, and he went back to the finance manage. A few minutes later, both of them came back. The finance manager told me that my offer was an insult and proceeded to ask how I came up with my numbers. I started explaining my conservative KBB numbers and interest rate, but he didn't want to hear any of it. At this point, I was so fed up with the way I had been treated as a potential customer at all of the dealerships. I gave up any hope that was left on the purchase. I was ready to step away from the deal, but Peter asked if I can stretch my budget a little. I said I could, but I emphasized that it would not be anywhere near what the finance manager offered. Without the finance manager present, we were able to settle at a payment that I was comfortable with. Peter went downstairs to fight for the deal. I was packed up and ready to leave when Peter came back. I didn’t think that they would accept my offer because the same deal was turned down at the previous dealership. Albert Einstein said, “insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.” I guess I’m crazy, but the finance manager accepted my offer! I was pleasantly surprised. I did not believe that the deal happened. We shook hands and Peter said the car would arrive in three days. I reluctantly left a 10% deposit and patiently waited. The car came as expected. Because of my schedules, I didn’t get to the dealership until 7:30PM. It was a busy evening, but Peter eagerly helped my get accustomed to my new car and gave me some advice on how to drive a stick shift. The dealership closed at 9PM, but Peter stayed until 10PM while I was getting my financing completed with Mike. Mike was exceptionally good, and gave me a pressure-free run through of the financing and warranty options. Once the deal was closed, Peter made sure he answered all of my questions and that I was satisfied with the purchase. I can truly appreciate Peter's friendly and professional service after my experience with other Mazda dealerships. There is only one thing I regret with my purchase --and that is Peter and Wayne Mazda wasn’t my first stop. #HappyCustomer More

Quick and Professional I loved my Mazda that I got from a different dealership but was not happy with that particular dealer. I walked in a out with a car I was incredibly happy with at a price I felt comfortable with. Everyone was very professional and made getting my second mazda cx-5 quick and painless. Lacked attention to detail We recently purchase a vehicle at Wayne Mazda and were very excited. Unfortunately quite a few things didn't go very smoothly and honestly could have We recently purchase a vehicle at Wayne Mazda and were very excited. Unfortunately quite a few things didn't go very smoothly and honestly could have been avoided if they paid more attention to detail and quality control. Firstly, their financial coordinator didn't have our paperwork completely prepared correctly. I had left a deposit and he didn't take that into consideration when calculating my monthly payments. So I was over charged until I showed him a copy of my deposit (he should of had the original copy in the first place). Secondly, when all said and done after adding extra coverage, the math was incorrect and again I was overcharged (had to point that out as well). Its a good thing I am good with numbers or else we would have signed a contract that would have been $3195 over the original agreement. Thirdly, when we finally received the vehicle it had two nicks on the door! Now you would think their team would look the car over before delivering it to the customer. A new car should NOT have anything wrong with it. Especially after someone pays so much money. To be fair, the financial coordinator, managers and sale rep were very nice and professional. We were given all weather floor mats to compensate for the nicks on the door. I just wish they were a bit more coordinated with the whole delivery experience. I am sure others have had better experiences with Wayne Mazda but unfortunately ours was very confusing, and uncoordinated. Overall, all said and done, we are satisfied with our vehicle. I would still recommend them. Just be sure to pay attention and double check EVERYTHING! More
