Superb I came in to the dealership with no intentions on purchasing the vehicle at that time. Manny is always very patient with my customer questions and walks me through ALL options based on buyin situation. He has never once tried to pressure me into something. In fact, the reason I went back to Manny at Wayne Mazda as another rep at a different dealership (not Mazda) was so overly aggressive on getting me to purchase something I didn't really want. Never walked me through options, just tried to make a sale with him and his manager in the first visit to the dealership. I don't think that's how a major purchase, like buying a car, should go at all. Manny has never made me feel pressured. Just worked with me professionally each time. Go see Manny at Wayne Mazda!!!
