Not sure how they cam My prior review was taken down where this site claims that the person making it did not have personal knowledge of the details. Not sure how they came to this false conclusion since I was at Wayne Mazda and I directly participated and almost became a victim of aggressive marketing and rate abuse. I called Wayne Mazda trying to figure out what to do after a car repossession involving a leased vehicle from Wayne Mazda. I had missed a payment and the car was repossessed to my surprised. Not knowing what to do, I called Wayne Mazda and asked for a sales manager. Instead a sales Representative, I assumed he was a manager, told me to come in because he could handle this matter. I came in and he went about selling me back my own car. Basically, Wayne Mazda called the credit company and arranged a lease buy back. Then the F&I attempted to bump the finance rate on the car and sell me $4,000 of unnecessary add ons. After they mismanaged the buy back almost causing me to lose my car to the credit company, I made some calls and realized the scam and pulled away from the deal. I eventually paid cash to the credit company and bought the car direct. After having bought 3 cars from Wayne Mazda I believed they were trying to help. Instead they were only trying to score a sale ... of my own dang car. Please don't take this down website because if others have this problem with a repossession, go direct to your bank and get a car loan or buy the car back with cash as I did. Otherwise, your car will be sold at auction and you will be stuck owing the difference between the auction price and the buy back price of the car. More
