The salesman was very helpful with answering all the questions I had about turning in my lease for a new car. I had to wait for my father and he was willing to wait as well to talk to him about the car questions I had about turning in my lease for a new car. My wife and I stopped into Wayne Mazda to look at three cars we felt were of interest. We were immediately and pleasantly approached by Mark Harding. When we told him we were just starting our search there was no pressure other than his assurance that he would work with us once we had made a decision. The next day I received a nice email from him, again just offering any assistance we might need to make our decision. All in all it was a very nice experience, and should we decide to purchase a Mazda, we would be happy to work with Mark on making it happen. More

When finally paying for the car, one little hiccup came up during the transaction, and that's where the "5" rating comes in - Wayne Mazda took care of it quickly and to my satisfaction, and Mark was right there to see it through.
