I live in Queens and I came to Wayne Mazda to look at a specific car I was interested in. I had called ahead and did not have to wait long to be taken care of by Julian. Julian is very professional but most importantly he is genuine. He worked hard to get me the car and price I wanted and that made me feel a lot better about my purchase, before, during and after the tran genuine. One example is that we had a little bit of a hard time getting the blue tooth technology to sync with my phone. I told Julian not to worry about it but he wanted to make sure it was working. He fixed the issue but didn't get a chance to test. 30min after I left the dealership Julian called me, and I picked up the phone for the first time using my car to hear Julian say "you are connected". That was a nice touch, it shows he was thinking about me even after I left. This is a story I will tell about Julian when I recommend him and Wayne Mazda to my friends. More
