I lost my only key fob and though (2) were not available at the time He explained that he would order them immediately so that the following day the (2) would be programmed. I didn’t have a way home so he made sure that a courtesy ride would be provided. Steven is a very caring individual and made my time less stressful. BUYER BEWARE! !!!! I put a $1,000 deposit down on a 2022 cx-5, after thinking it over decided the car was too small. Since they didn’t have anything on the lot that !!!! I put a $1,000 deposit down on a 2022 cx-5, after thinking it over decided the car was too small. Since they didn’t have anything on the lot that was within my price range for the size of car I needed I called And asked for my $1,000 deposit back (8/4/2025). I was told that they would process my deposit that day. On Wednesday when the money wasn’t in my account I sent a message to the salesman and received no response. I then called and was told it has been processed and would receive it the next day. Well that didn’t happen so I called again and was told again that they would look into it and call me back. AGAIN…no phone call back. I called on Friday and asked for the manager, he told me he would get to the bottom of it and call back, AGAIN…no phone call back!! I called on Monday and was told sorry they needed a final signature and SURPRISE…that person just got back from vacation that day! I was told it had been processed and would receive it in 3 business days. Of course here we are today 8/18/2025, 2 weeks and 10 business days from my phone call canceling the car and asking for my money back and I still don’t have my money. This is now theft - do not put any deposits on any cars for this dealership. I will NEVER buy a car from them because if they are this incompetent in handling 1 customer’s deposit it leaves one to question the integrity and competency of running a dealership. More
