Robert was understanding of my situation and was willing to work with me, He was very pleasurable and easy to talk to. The only thing I would comment on is that I was not aware of the 10 year warranty that was offered when I was signing the deal, otherwise I would have taken into account the added coast to the load when pricing. Unfortunately, my budget did not allow me to purchase that warranty and I can not add it after signing. More
