Horrible Service Center My car has been in for service 4 times for the same issue. the back tires on my car get wasted with less than 15,000 miles, front tires are still like My car has been in for service 4 times for the same issue. the back tires on my car get wasted with less than 15,000 miles, front tires are still like new. They have changed my back tires twice. Friday I dropped my car off after hours because it wouldn't turn on and because I need them to check out the prior existing condition listed above as well. I call this morning to check the status of my vehicle because I haven't heard back to be informed they are getting ready to look at my car now, I ask to be transferred to speak to someone regarding getting a loaner car to be informed they don't have one available and won't have one either until October I ask the lady I spoke to what am I suppose to do in means of transportation because I have to get to work and need transportation, her response was "I don't know what to tell you, there's nothing I can do for you". This is unacceptable! The only person in that department that has tried to help me in any way has been Anthony. More

There is never any hassle or up selling of unnecessary services. If you’re told the wait time is two hours, you can plan on the service appointment taking two hours (or less). Michele has assisted me on several of my visits, including the most recent one, and she’s always helpful and straightforward. Without being asked, she applied an online coupon to my service to save me some money. More dealers should be this organized and easy to work with. Five stars for Wayne Mazda. More
