I was in contact with Stan Caldwell regarding this car. He was very prompt in his response and very easy to talk with. He offered the car withing my budget. My visit to the showroom was very pleasant. The vehicle was in excellent condition. At the showroom, Kendrick Billingsley helped me with a test drive and later in each step of document process. He ensured I had a very good buying experience at the showroom. I would definitely recommend working with Stan Caldwell and Kendrick Billingsley at this showroom. More

Wouldn’t go anywhere else I recently leased my fourth BMW from Kevin Thomas at Weatherford. I even followed him to Weatherford from another BMW location when he moved. As mentioned below, the dealership is undergoing a renovation, but they’re almost done, and the way they have it set up in the meantime does not detract from the experience. I worked in high-end hospitality for years, so I’m a tough cookie when it comes to evaluating hospitality at any business. Hospitality, defined as a feeling that the business really wants you as a customer and takes the time to listen and understand your specific needs. Buying a car is a big expense, and there is a lot of emotional stuff tied up in how we each deal with our money. It’s individual. Kevin is very high on the emotional intelligence scale. His empathy skills are immediately obvious, so you feel that he is working *with* you and your life situation — not just trying to move a vehicle. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone other than Kevin. I have full trust that I got a fair deal and that I was not taken advantage of as a solo female. Even the dreaded finance office was a delightful experience with Chris. This was my second lease at Weatherford, and I would not go anywhere else, even though I now live in the South Bay. Also, shout out to Dina, one of the BMW Geniuses, who patiently introduced me to all of the features in the car. If you’re in the market, make a beeline to Kevin at Weatherford. More

Bait & Switch, just like all the others I honestly hate writing such a poor review after having what was initially a good experience here. Joe Combs was really good at communicating with me I honestly hate writing such a poor review after having what was initially a good experience here. Joe Combs was really good at communicating with me via email prior to coming into the dealership to look at the car I wanted to lease and for the cost. However, when I did finally come in, the car I was going to lease was no longer available (of course) and the other car options I had were to cost a little more in my monthly payments (naturally). After test driving the car, Joe worked with his financial department to put together numbers. They initially offered to buy out my current lease (from another manufacturer) and take it off of my hands, two months early to my lease ending. I was ecstatic about this! Joe came back with the numbers that were just slightly higher than I wanted (for money down). I told him I was still happy with moving forward and glad they were able to get close to what I initially wanted to pay. Joe then had me contact my current lease to find out the payout information on my car, so they could write them a check and take the car off of my hands. I gladly gave this information to Joe and his team. After this information was handled by their team, Joe came back with needing another $500 to put down - otherwise my payments would be much higher than I wanted. Though I was not happy about this news, I obliged because at the end of the day, they were still taking the old lease off of my hands and I was walking away with a new car. Getting into the financial paperwork is when the big sticker shock hit me. The finance guy recommended I pay the almost $2K package for protection on my lease, because my car has a 'lot of fiberglass parts that are prone to damage and BMW doesn't care if you lease another car from them - they will make you pay for the damages.' So I reluctantly obliged and shelled out another lump sum of money... The finance guy moved swiftly thru all of the paperwork, I paid my down payment & for the lease protection and drove off in my new car. Everything was golden for about a month - until my prior leasing agent contacted me with an outstanding balance & an attempt to collect a debt! I was in pure shock of receiving this information as I always had a good standing with my leasing agent. It turns out, BWM cut a check that was too short to my previous leasing agent to purchase the car and that they were refusing to pay or even call back my previous leasing agent. I had to find this news out myself. After much discussing with my previous leasing agent, they informed me that even if BMW refused to pay the outstanding balance due, it was my responsibility. What a joke! I contacted Joe & his manager, James - and I had to constantly reach out to both to get any sort of response back. I finally got Joe on the phone last week to tell me that 'they are working on it' and that he'd get back to me. A day later I called him and he said he would discuss it with his manager yet again (continued to be brushed aside). Finally his manager called and left me a voicemail, with utter lies that BMW contact MY leasing agent to find out the payout amount - and the wrong amount was given to them. That was a total lie - I was requested by BMW to contact my leasing agent to find out the payout amount. BMW instructed me on what to do and so I followed their steps and later slapped with an outstanding bill. I have since tried contacting both Joe & his sales manager via email and phone and no one has had the courtesy to call me back. This is just once again a reminder that car salespeople are some of the most bait & switch salespeople on the planet and continue to make the car industry one of which I hate shopping for. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle from this location again. Buyers beware!! More

Many Years and Cars We've been customers of Weatherford BMW since the mid-1980's when we bought a 325i there, that worked great and gave us very few problems. Now we h We've been customers of Weatherford BMW since the mid-1980's when we bought a 325i there, that worked great and gave us very few problems. Now we have two BMWs, a 2013 X3 35i and a 2014 328GT and have them both serviced at Weatherford. The 328GT we bought there as well. We have interacted with a lot of their service staff and most often with Steve Gass. All service work has been smooth and trouble-free and like that we get nice loaner cars to try out and drive! Seems like there is a possible problem with the 328GT's 2.0 4-cylinder engine timing chain, and BMW is seeming to do the right thing by extending the warranty to 7-years and 70,000 miles to compensate. We will see how things go. In the meantime, I have been in direct communication with Steve Gass and a sales manager about our options. Again everything has been above board and open so continue to be a satisfied customer. More
