He followed up diligently after the sale on accessories we had asked for, and in general to ensure any questions we had were answered. He is very responsive on email and text. The atmosphere at Weatherford is relaxed and enjoyable. No sales pressure. I am sure they make their margin and then some on each sale, but you feel you got a good deal, ymmv. If they did make extra profit from my sale, I hope it goes to JV. I liked him that much! Based on my purchase experience, I'll give them a high rating. Now, let us see how their Service department is. Will update my review in a year. More

Moreover, Kevin had no idea what he was doing and had the tech or ourselves google search specific option codes to find out what they even were. Further, his egocentrism is off the charts; only his time/schedule matters. I wouldn't buy an ice cream cone from this guy. Avoid! Jen (Aka Jenn) Bishop: I attempted to voice my concerns about my experiences during this transaction by speaking with Jenn and she offered no apology nor any intent to save the sale-all I was offered was an ultimatum that (direct quote): "if I didn't feel that this has been a positive experience then, to just not buy the car." For the reasons cited above, I chose the latter. She is just legitimately not a good person and should not be working in any place that involves human interaction. More

I worked with Stan Casdwell and he was the consummate professional. Very helpful explaining leasing v. buying, and what was the best bang for the buck. Total straight shooter - it was a great experience. The finance team and the BMW Genius who "presented" the car were also terrific. Highly recommend Stan and his team. PS - I went in two days later for help with the screen/navigation and to buy some floor mats. Parts department was closed but another BMW Genius helped me with the navigation and screen. Great experience all around. More
