Every time he sees us he greets us with a warm hello and takes time from his busy days to carry on a pleasant conversation. He is a real down to earth honest kind of guy! John always keeps in touch with us either by email or by a phone call. He is always there for us if we have any questions. Kathleen Ingrim is our Finance Advisor and she is the greatest! Fun to work with and she helps to make all the paperwork signing go fast and smoothly. Her customer service skills are very seasoned and she is a pleasure to work with. I had nothing but a great experience when I went in to purchase my certified pre-owned BMW I am surprised by some of the negative reviews I've read. I had nothing but a great experience when I went in to purchase my certified pre-owned BMW from Josh. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I saw other reviewers complaining about this dealership running credit checks before negotiating the sale. I don't see what the problem is unless you know you have bad credit (and maybe shouldn't be purchasing a BMW)! Why would they waste their time on you if you can't afford the car? Anyway, their service department was great as well. No problems getting loaner cars or shuttles when I need them. I really feel like they care about their customers. Josh was especially helpful when I needed to take my car in for a couple of things. I would recommend this dealer (and Josh) to friends/family. My husband will be purchasing a car soon, and hopefully from Josh! More
