This was my first visit here. I came in for service and the staff was very nice but this was the first time I was not warned that I wouldn't be getting the courtesy check. A lot o I came in for service and the staff was very nice but this was the first time I was not warned that I wouldn't be getting the courtesy check. A lot of work needs to be done and I wasn't told about any of my warranty and if it covered anything. I had to ask and was simply told no. I was expecting to be told, before anything was done, the cost for a job but instead overpaid and was left with no money in my pocket. I'm really lost for words because I had no idea what to do next.
