My car was in the service department for over a month and then I found out that the hold up was due to the name on my extended warranty that I purchased, being different from my name. The name is different b/z I got married and no one seemed to check that which to me is ridiculous! They tried to say that I am not the original owner, although I am the only owner of my car, ever.. That was why there was a hold up??? I can't believe that no one would have even checked with me to ask about a name change! Although they gave me a loaner during this time, it was a very frustrating experience for me. More

Great service but agree with other patrons, the facility sits back and is easy to miss since remodel. Looks like a brown cardboard box. Need better solution or option for GDI engine treatment. My sales person was very knowledgeable and kind. No pressure sales were a plus for me. But when it came to the finance department they were very dishonest. I actually caught them in lies. I was disappointed to have a deceptive experience with a high end car. I didn’t even ask for any money of MSRP and had no issues with the dealership making money. But the lies to get more money was disturbing. But…. I am cancelling my gap and my extended warranty and will be refinancing in 3 months so unfortunately the same person who felt the need to lie when it wasn’t necessary, will also see 3 of those lies deducted from his paycheck. More
