I had a really great experience at Webb Hyundai. I came in and was greeted right away by Eric. Told him exactly what vehicles I came to see. He brought up the one they had on my list. The were as I expected from the website calculator. He and the finance guy presented me with all the options, and they were informative but not pushy. I am very happy! Also, my 15 month old and my mom were with me for 3 hours. They were comfortable (no meltdowns) and everyone was friendly. I had gone to Happy Hyundai previously and had a really terrible experience from pushing to take what they had instead of the inbound car I wanted, showing me 8% interest rate and financing only payment options, and worrying about my trade-in with constant questions about how it was paid for before ever showing me vehicle.
