My wife and I were travelling to O'Hare on a Saturday afternoon when our Hyundai Tucson broke down on I-94. I had the car towed to Webb Hyundai in Highland, IN. Although the Service Department was closed closed, I related my problem to Conrad who took the time to search out Shane Billings who was able to help be complete the "after hours" paperwork for the Service Department. When I explained to Shane, that we still needed to get to our Hotel at O'Hare Airport, Shane replied that he lived in Rosemont and would gladly drop us off after his shift was finished. Long story short, Shane drove my wife and I (and ALL OUR LUGGAGE for a two week trip to Scotland) to the Airport (45 min. away) and dropped us off in front of our hotel. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Shane and his generosity. It is indeed refreshing to know that some people still understand the meaning of the word service. More
