Very poor service. Left truck at 7:30am. Called at 3pm and they had not even looked at it yet. Employee on phone said they are too busy. What’s the purpose of appointme Left truck at 7:30am. Won’t buy a vehicle from here ever again. The service department doesn’t seem to care about customer service. Very important factor for repeat business for me. More

Alex made it really easy I hate buying cars and he talked to me first to see what I really wanted and we were able to find a car. My only issue was I wish they would have shown me some features on car. Eve to me first to see what I really wanted and we were able to find a car. My only issue was I wish they would have shown me some features on car. Everything is on line and i am still trying to figure out the buttons. The finance guy was nice but talked way too Fast we forgot to take the tire package out of total price we had decided to not get it. It then it was too late. I would still Recommend Weber ford. More

Over the weekend I traded my high milage Yukon for a new to me Explorer and my husband traded his F250 for a new to him Ram 2500. The team at Weber was absolutely top notch! Damen our salesman was personabl to me Explorer and my husband traded his F250 for a new to him Ram 2500. The team at Weber was absolutely top notch! Damen our salesman was personable and knowledgeable. AQ the finance manager was very easy to deal with and upfront. Manager Johnny Webber was super helpful with our trades and gave us more for both than we’d been quoted elsewhere. Everyone there was awesome with our toddler who spent the whole day with us. They will be our go to dealership for life!! More

Absolutely cannot say enough good about our salesmen Luke! He made the entire process seamless from start to finish, plus he took the time to explain things and answer the questions we had! Matt in finance was great as well, had us in and out in no time and got us a great rate & warranty! We did have a not so great experience with the used car Manager Johnny , he completely brushed us off as not being serious customers and to be completely honest had it not been for Luke we would have walked out and bought elsewhere. Overall Thanks to Luke, Matt and the new car manager Ryan we are completely satisfied with our purchase and will definitely be sending people their way More

Rob Waters took great care of me, had the vehicle clean and ready to go for me, gave me top dollar for my trade in. Matt Osborne in finance handled all my paper work and I everything went seamless.
