Ibwas expecting the service to cost $129, it ended up costing more than $250 when I picked up the car as there was an additional cost for changing the differential fluid which seemed a little steep for changing a fluid, so I was a little surprized bu that. Car was washed, but had spots and windshield was a little dirty. More

Hassle Free Car Buying Experience We were searching for a new car for a few months to replace our existing Toyota Corolla. We needed a small SUV and went about test driving almost ever We were searching for a new car for a few months to replace our existing Toyota Corolla. We needed a small SUV and went about test driving almost everything in that segment. We were really impressed by the usability of Acura RDX along with the luxurious feel and not to forget impressive tech and safety features. Once we decided this is what we wanted, we did try several dealerships in SoCal. However, Hooman at Weir Canyon was the most straightforward and very upfront about everything. I had emailed him specifically about a particular color and a package. At that point, only he had that car available in the entire SoCal. Despite that he gave me the best price that was lower than any other quotes i got from other dealers. And there were no negotiations. We then drove to dealership quite late on Friday night and Hooman was very helpful to explain everything and have another test drive to make sure we were not making a wrong decision. He gave us the best rate on financing as he had promised in the email and same price with no added extras and no pushiness to buy extra dealer add ons. Both parties were honest and upfront about everything. It was no brainer to get our car deal finalized from this place. Overall a very good have free experience and Hooman made it very easy. If you are looking to buy Acura, just call it email Hooman and save yourself some previous time and money from his deals. More
Dishonest Sales Practice by Weir Canyon Acura Finance Agent This review concerns a dishonest sales practice by the Weir Canyon Acura finance department. I don't want to throw around the word "dishonest" haphaza This review concerns a dishonest sales practice by the Weir Canyon Acura finance department. I don't want to throw around the word "dishonest" haphazardly. But it just plain applies here. Basically, the finance guy I dealt with made a bunch of bogus representations to me in order to sell me a service package. What he said sounded good and I bit. He then printed the actual contract (you know, with the small translucent print and legal gobbledygook) which was inconsistent with what he told me about what I was buying. When I called Weir Canyon Acura today to deal with the issue, they "slapped me across the face" with the contract. This is a classic dishonest "used care salesman" move that neither I nor you should have to deal with. Moderate Amount of Detail Below: I bought a TSX a couple years back form Weir Canyon. It had 60,000 miles or so on it. My experience with the sales staff was fine. After the sales guy and I agreed to a price, he handed me off to a finance agent. This is where the problem arose. The long and short is that the Weir Canyon finance agent told me if I cancelled the service plan I bought through them, they would stop billing me the monthly cost. I understood that I purchased a service package for $25.00/month that would provide payment for certain repairs until the car reached 100,000 miles. The finance agent and I talked EXTENSIVELY about the service package; extensively, because I was skeptical about whether I needed it and asked a million questions. I only wanted this package if I could cancel it at any time and the $25.00 would stop being charged to my account. I made this abundantly clear. So today, I call to cancel since the TSX now has over 100,000 miles. I was put through to finance and told that what I thought was a $25.00/month price for the package was actually a $1,350.00 plan financed through my loan at $25.00/month. Essentially, the $1,350 was built into the loan and only refundable pro-rata if I cancelled before I hit 100,000 miles. Like I said before, I asked a MILLION questions of the finance agent when I bought the care. WE SPECIFICALLY COVERED THIS AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD STOP CHARGING THE $25.00/MONTH TO MY ACCOUNT ANY TIME I CANCELLED. To add further insult, I was told by the Weir Canyon agent today to "look at my purchase agreement" and see that I was wrong. Look, consumers should read contracts for their own protection. HOWEVER, COMPANIES SHOULD NOT ALLOW THEIR AGENTS TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS THAT ARE INCONSISTENT WITH THE CONTRACT, THEN PRINT OUT THE CONTRACT AND PUNT TO THE CUSTOMER TO CROSS-REFERENCE THE WRITING WITH WHAT THE AGENT SAID. I relied on Weir Canyon Acura to guide me through the process. I should have plugged my ears and just read the contract. I cannot recommend this place. More

He went above and beyond to make the effort to show us around, answer questions, and bring out exactly what were looking for from the back. We also had our toddler with us so he was very patient and understanding as well as considerate of our time. We had previously visited 3 other Acura dealerships around Southern Orange County and were very disappointed with their customer service. Overall, Kevin, Bruce (Acura Internet Manager), and Lorenzo (Finance Manager) have definitely exceeded all our expectations and we greatly appreciate all of their help. More

Ed promptly met us and was just as friendly as could be. We just wanted to check out the RDX in person and would return when we were ready to wheel-and-deal. Upon our return several weeks later, Ed was out on a test drive and we were greeted by Hooman. He made us feel right at home. Ed returned and told us we were in very good hands. The bottom line is if you want to buy an Acura and really enjoy your experience doing so --- head straight to Weir Canyon Acura! Cannot tell you how much we really enjoyed our experience buying a new car and LOVE our Acura RDX! Many thanks and we'll actually look forward to bringing our RDX back for an oil change! More
