Had my car towed in - left 4 voice mails before closing on Friday afternoon and 3 before close Saturday with no reply. They had my car 2 weeks and 3 weekends. No loaners, I had to rent a car. They discovered $5000 + worth of work that I needed, and even after I committed to having it done, parts were not ordered until after it was there over a week. It was ok when I brought it home for a week - and now has the same problem - won't start won't crank. Brand new battery was declared the problem and replaced. Alternator was NEVER LOOKED AT and now I have the same problem PLUS my parking brake is broken and wasn't w hen it went it. I live in the middle of nowhere and can't be without a car. Going back to my old dealership to try to get this fixed! More
