My experience at Wellesley Mazda was fantastic. The staff was upfront, honest, and was genuine about helping me get the best deal possible throughout the entire purchasing process. I found this not to be the case at several other dealerships up and down Route 9 during my car search (to no surprise). It was a refreshing change from the typical buyer/dealer back-and-forth at most car dealerships. My sales representative, Cam, was extremely knowledgeable about the handful of vehicles I had expressed interest in, and answered all of my questions clearly, concisely, and without judgement. Not only this, Cam left no doubts about his integrity and character - he created stress-free environment with his demeanor and tone and seemed to approach our relationship with more humanity than your average car salesman. Overall, I would recommend Wellesley Mazda to a friend, and can only say good things about my experience with Cam and the rest of the staff there. More

Nothing like a good ole bait and switch. Called here to talk to the service department about getting my computer system of my Mazda updated after my mechanic noted that an updated was neede Called here to talk to the service department about getting my computer system of my Mazda updated after my mechanic noted that an updated was needed. My local mechanic was going to charge me for this update so I called Mazda directly to understand if this was accurate. In my initial call on 9/30 the representative told me that I would be able to get the computer updated for free – I would only be charged if they pulled codes to diagnose a check engine light issue. I called back the next day and set up the appointment. When I arrived at my appointment I was told that the representative who helped me was incorrect. I was then questioned about when I called - to which I had the record – but it was quickly rebuffed that “my team is very experienced and wouldn’t have given you that information”. So it really didn’t matter when I called or who I spoke to as “their team is experienced” – why ask when you don’t care? In this day and age you are only as good as your word and Mazda failed miserably here – I got the bait and switch instead. I certainly wouldn’t recommend doing business with Wellesley Mazda after this experience. If you think your word makes a difference be aware that it doesn’t because their team has “experience” and their experience could lead you to waste time off from work to get your car serviced just to be given a different story. Terrible job Mazda. More

Deven handled the financial portion and was equally professional and kind, making that part seamless.
