We recently purchased a vehicle from Wellesley Mazda, and can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. To put that in perspective, I absolutely hate buying cars. Then we met Ashly. What immediately stood out was that Ashly approached the process as a partner rather than a salesperson. We were looking for a very specific vehicle, trim, and feature configuration. Another dealership had confidently told us that the exact vehicle (trim/options,etc) we wanted simply did not exist anywhere in the United States. Instead of telling us what couldn't be done, Ashly went to work. Within just a few hours, she located multiple options that matched exactly what we were looking for. A week later, we were picking up our new vehicle. That level of responsiveness and commitment would have been impressive on its own, but what really made the experience exceptional was the transparency throughout the entire process. I loved buying a car here, the sales person Caleb was super helpful throughout the entire process of giving me the out the door price and he was super transparent.
