I had an overwhelmingly positive experience buying my used 2014 Toyota Prius from Wellesley Mazda with the help of salesman Cameron Quadra. Although Cameron was honest about being a new salesman, he more than made up for his limited experience with tons of enthusiasm, a friendly and non-judgmental attitude, and an obviously genuine desire to do a great job and make sure we walked out of the dealership with the right car for our needs. We also learned that at Wellesley Mazda, salesmen aren’t paid by commission, which took a lot of the pressure off as Cameron assisted us—because he had much less incentive for a “hard sell” approach, he could instead focus on providing us with great customer service, which he did! Before I arrived, I expected to feel a bit uncomfortable and have to fend off efforts to upsell me at a car dealership, but that dynamic was not an issue at all. When we had to switch our plates from our old car to our new one, there were some technical difficulties during the process (the screws holding the license plate onto our old car were old and rusted), but Cameron took the extra time to make sure everything was done properly. Cameron was also very diligent about following up to ensure that he had the info needed to complete the paperwork for my new car’s registration. This saved me a lot of time and effort dealing with it myself. I really appreciated that he followed up via email and was so responsive and helpful, even after he had already made the sale and didn’t *have* to do so. Thank you, Cameron and Wellesley Mazda! More

If you are shopping for a car (new or used) I would highly recommend Wellesley Mazda. My experience there was far better than I could have expected. Cameron, my Sales Consultant was great.
