After the test drive Krystal went above and beyond her duties and provided my children with goldfish snacks, truly kind of her to do this! Since we were the last customers of the day we also worked with Greg F. He answered all my questions regarding the car and available reports i.e. carfax etc. The day when we completed the purchase transaction Krystal was on vacation but she recommended that we speak to Alex (Allie) who was also extremely helpful and guided us through the final steps of the purchase. After touring multiple dealerships in my car buying journey, I can honestly say that Wellesley Mazda is in a league of its own. I primarily worked with salesman Jared Berube for the purchase. On my first visit to the dealership, Jared spent a significant amount of time helping me identify a car that would fit my needs. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helped me understand my options. He sincerely listened to what I needed in a car and helped me make a pros-cons list of buying new vs. buying used vs. buying certified pre-owned. I was able to test-drive multiple cars with Jared and he not only provided me with guidance as to how to maximize a test-drive but also was able to help me identify differentiators between the vehicle that I was driving and some of the competitors. He was able to answer every question I threw at him. After the test-drives, Jared promptly followed-up via telephone to make sure I did not have any questions. His approach made me feel that he was committed to the customer but respectful so as to not make me feel pressured to purchase. When it was time to purchase, Jared made the process smooth and transparent. He provided timely updates with where things stood in the process and what I could expect for a turnaround. I would highly recommend Jared to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I also am grateful to Greg Falk for his role in the purchase. He was friendly and honest throughout the entire experience. He spent a long time explaining the value of my trade-in and helping me understand the financials of buying a new car. I had done a lot of research around pricing and I felt like the dealership met me where I was at in terms of price. The dealership located, and delivered my car in less than a week from outside the state. Found the other staff to be courteous and will look forward to returning for service visits in the future. Doc fee was higher than other dealers I spoke to and my price was based largely on corporate employee pricing so I can't reasonably give a 5 star rating there, but the prices initially quoted were still reasonable and more of a discussion than an argument. Gabe was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and thoroughly explained all the features that it had. After the initial test drive he wasn't pushy at all, and suggested that if we were really interested in the car, that we come back for an extended 1 hr test drive, to make sure that it was really what we wanted it. It was a relief that he wanted to make sure the car was a fit for us, and not just convince us to buy it right then and then. After the extended test drive, Gabe clearly explained all the specials and incentives at Wellesley Mazda, and it was because of his explanation that we decided to buy at this dealer and not shop around to others. We then worked with Gabe to negotiate the best price and loan package for us. Gabe made sure that the vehicle had the options we purchased installed and ready to go for pick up, which went smoothly! Gabe sent over the required information to my insurance company, so they were able to update my policy without me having to contact them, which was a huge convenience and Gabe then coordinated getting the registration all set. We couldn't have had a better experience, and that is definitely due to working with Gabe! More

Great car! Great dealer! I'm so glad I paid attention to the fact that Wellesley Mazda has some of the highest ratings around! They didn't disappoint. I started near my house first so I saw 3 other dealers before stopping in at WM. I was greeted quickly by Krystal and we sat down to talk over what I was looking for. After a short time she went off to talk to Rodrigo and within 6-7 minutes they were both back with multiple prices for the car types I was interested in. I had investigated prices so when I kept getting phony "best" offers from other dealers I was getting frustrated. I looked at Rodrigo's offers with reservation. My hopes came back in a flash when I saw reasonable prices! After a little more discussion and fine-tuning the car features i wanted, I was thrilled and surprised to realize my planned "weekend" car-buying was over by midday Saturday.
