I stopped by Wellesley Mazda last week to test drive and price the CX-50. I didn't have to wait at all and ended up working with Cameron. I had an unexpectedly great experience at the dealership - Cam first asked about my priorities and preferences, then took me on a test drive. I drove while he explained the features of the car that were important to me. After the test drive, he asked for my observations and concerns, and priced out the car with different cash and financing options. I have to say he was very engaged, answered my questions fully, and applied no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Their price was competitive and I will return when I'm ready to pull the trigger on this car. Ask for Cam if you go to this dealership. More

I bought a used car for my daughter and overall she was happy with the car we purchased. They performed the agreed upon repairs prior to taking delivery. Unfortunately, there was some stress that could h happy with the car we purchased. They performed the agreed upon repairs prior to taking delivery. Unfortunately, there was some stress that could have been avoided with more timely and clearer communication on their end. I also had an issue with the sunroof of the vehicle within 24 hours after we took delivery of the vehicle. I communicated this to the sales rep and for the first few days the issue was intermittent. I kept her apprised of the state of the sunroof. After a few days I sent video proof when the buttons stopped working again. After several days without a response, I had to reach out again. After a clunky series of communications, the end result was that they would charge me a diagnostic fee to further review my issue. I can appreciate that this may have been a unique issue, but I've had issues with other used cars post sale. In those instances, I was treated with the same level of urgency and enthusiasm as the pre-sale process. In this case it was clear I bought the car "as is" and since it was not deemed a safety issue, they had no interest in trying to help resolve the situation. In summary, I would advise anyone purchasing a used car from them to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before taking delivery. I actually had a prepurchase inspection, but unfortunately the sunroof operation was not tested. I would also remind perspective buyers that how they treat you after the sale may differ from how they treat you during the buying process. More
