Great car! Great dealer! I'm so glad I paid attention to the fact that Wellesley Mazda has some of the highest ratings around! They didn't disappoint. I started near my house first so I saw 3 other dealers before stopping in at WM. I was greeted quickly by Krystal and we sat down to talk over what I was looking for. After a short time she went off to talk to Rodrigo and within 6-7 minutes they were both back with multiple prices for the car types I was interested in. I had investigated prices so when I kept getting phony "best" offers from other dealers I was getting frustrated. I looked at Rodrigo's offers with reservation. My hopes came back in a flash when I saw reasonable prices! After a little more discussion and fine-tuning the car features i wanted, I was thrilled and surprised to realize my planned "weekend" car-buying was over by midday Saturday. Got a beautiful CX-5 at a great price! Thanks Guys! More

We were not pushed into a corner at any moment in time and the car test drive was thorough and meticulous. He laid out all possible financing options to ensure that whichever we were going to go with, we were comfortable with it and that we had the view on most (if not all) of them. This was greatly appreciated as we changed our initial approach to something that was better in the end. I would definitely recommend Mazda Wellesley and Anthony for another purchase. More

Manager changed Mind and rescinded offer I wasted four hours of my time at this dealership. The sales Manager agreed to a price over the phone yesterday and today when I came in to do the pap I wasted four hours of my time at this dealership. The sales Manager agreed to a price over the phone yesterday and today when I came in to do the paperwork , he said he would not be able to do the offer because he forgot the price was with financing. Even my salesperson knew that the manager had agreed to the terms yesterday and all along The salesman knew I would be taking advantage of the zero percent financing. I liked the new salesman very much ( Roberto Jimenez) but it is clearly irresponsible businesss practice by the sales manager to back out of an agreement when I made time to come in to complete the transaction. I don't appreciate the games they played . I did my homework and so I had some good offers. Don't waste your time here! Sorry, I do not remember the name of the sales manager....... More
