But Wellesley Toyota was very different. They were clear about model availability up front. My salesman Henry Esteve was friendly, patient with all of my questions, and low key. The sales manager Shaun Fisher made it possible for my mechanic to review the car before purchase. Henry picked me up at the T station when I came to get the car (used Prius c). Just a great team! After calling the dealership and talking with Dima Saade , and explaining my situation I arrived with my handicapped sister Mary and was met by a wond After calling the dealership and talking with Dima Saade , and explaining my situation I arrived with my handicapped sister Mary and was met by a wonderful young lady who proceeded to help me get Mary out of the car and into her wheelchair. We then leased a 2017 Toyota Corolla and turned in the 2015 without any problems what so ever! She was thoughtful, sensitive and just wonderful from the beginning to the end 4 hours later. I would recommend her and your dealership to anyone! One of the most pleasant experiences I've had. Just wonderful. More
