I came into look at the 2010 Scion xB and xD. The sales rep I spoke with, Theodore Eliadis, was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about both cars. My experience at the pre-owned Wellesley Toyota has been excellent during some pretty stressful times. I purchased a Toyota Camry in November and was not happy with the car due to the following 2 reasons. excellent during some pretty stressful times. The gas milage was 15 miles to the gallon and the car would go 10-15 mph when put in gear (without me applying pressure to the gas pedal). I was very anxious about driving the car and I brought it back to the dealership. Rey Lima, my original salesman, who had been very solicitous during this time period took me to Sean Fisher,the manager, who, in turn, did a search for a comparable car for me. He was very gracious and concerned. He not only found me the same model, but, found one that had much less milage than the first car. I was able to trade the one car for the other without any additional expense. I would recommend Wellesly Toyota, pre-owned division to anyone because of this experience. I, like many others, are causiously awaiting the recall and fix to the car, however, I have confidence that I will be taken care of as I have been up to now. Buying a car had not been a pleasant experience for me in the past, but, I can honestly say that this experience has given the "used car salesmen" a whole new meaning! From my initial conversation with the Sales Manager, Shaun to the time I signed the final piece of paperwork with Business Manager Michael Kistoglou I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy from everyone. Alens Constant was the sales consultant assigned to me and my wife and daughter when we arrived. He is a laid back, likable gentleman that sells himself, not the car, which is what any real good salesman does. He gave us a test drive, a good price on my trade in and very competitive price on a late model Toyota. There was no pressure to buy, he presented the numbers and the decision was ours. We felt like we made a new friend before we left. What a difference from past dealerships I have visited. Wellesley Toyota is not the closest dealer to my home, in fact it is over 40 miles away, but it will be the first place I visit when I am again in the market for a vehicle. I will recommend them highly to all my friends. More
