Repaired RAV4 after traffic accident - did an excellent job. Identified other damage below the surface which the insurance assessor had not discovered. Daniel Viola was by far the best person to help me. Brought my son's 98 Camry for a service and inspection sticker, they did both very well. I was completely informed at every stage so they never spent money without my agreement. And you can sit in their sticker, they did both very well. I was completely informed at every stage so they never spent money without my agreement. And you can sit in their waiting area with free WiFi and coffee and there are snack machines etc. It's so nice to get great service and efficiency, now I have experienced Toyota of Wellesley by buying a new car, servicing that car and now servicing an older car - altogether this is an excellent dealer. I would recommend them for sales, but definitely not for service. They wrote me up for $1,000.00 worth of repairs on my 2003 Corolla that were totally unnecessary. What they called a 'leak', requiring rep service. They wrote me up for $1,000.00 worth of repairs on my 2003 Corolla that were totally unnecessary. What they called a 'leak', requiring replacing the timing chain cover, and water pump assembly (for some goofy reason), turned out not be a leak at all. A leak means dripping, and dust collecting on the oil to create a crusty oily residue. There was no leak, and no residue. There is some minor seepage from around the timing chain cover plate. And that's it. Perhaps something to keep an eye on. Not worth worrying about. And who replaces a water pump? The failure rate on that component on a car with 75,000 miles is close to zero. I'm surprised they didn't recommend replacing the entire engine. They are rip-off artists, and nothing less. if you are not under warranty do not waste your money having your car serviced there. More
I had just purchased a 2002 Land Cruiser through the internet and not having been provided with a service history from the previous owner, I thought it'd be a good idea to bring it to Toyota of Wellesle internet and not having been provided with a service history from the previous owner, I thought it'd be a good idea to bring it to Toyota of Wellesley for a thorough checkup. Dropped the car off with Eric in the service department and while it was in their hands, he called me at every step of the way with updates and recommendations. I felt like I was kept in the loop at all times and was provided with enough information to make an informed and unpressured decision on what to fix and what to save for a later time. When I picked the car up, not only was all the service performed as expected and at a reasonable cost, but it was also vacuumed AND washed. This might seem routine to most of you, but it left me with an especially positive impression of the place. Not that I want to come back anytime soon, but I would have no hesitation to do so if the car starts to act up for whatever reason. More
Car shopping was not fun until I went to Wellesley Toyota. At the dealership close to my home I felt very pressured to buy a car THAT INSTANT and left feeling as though I had completely wasted their Toyota. At the dealership close to my home I felt very pressured to buy a car THAT INSTANT and left feeling as though I had completely wasted their time even though I clearly explained that I was just beginning my search. As someone who has only had hand me down vehicles I was excited to shop for my very first new car but was discouraged by the attitudes of some of the dealerships. I called Wellesley after seeing the vehicle online and being satisfied with their asking price. They were incredibly helpful on the phone and encouraged me to go in and test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy right then and there and I even brought my parents in for a 2nd test drive and they were very patient with all of our questions. Needless to say I signed the papers on my second visit. Wellesley Toyota has a wonderful staff, very upfront with their prices and vehicle information/ I will definitely be returning in the future when I need another car and will recommend Wellesley Toyota to my friends and family that are looking for a car. Love my Matrix!!! More

We bought our car from Jeff and the service department has been dreamy. Nothing but nice caring people who want you to be happy. How often does that happen?
