It is a great car, with digital climate control, rear parking monitor, radar for the side and front, rain sensing wipers. It has a peppy engine that runs on regular gas. And, for a small car, it is quite roomy, with a large trunk. We leased a Jetta from Wellesley Volkswagen’s Kevin Mullin in 2013. We came back in 2016 because of Kevin. He knows every aspect of VW cars, which, with new safety features, is a lot to know. He presents information that it is understandable. He is patient. He is a professional. Initially over the phone setting up a few vehicles for us to view. He even sorted out a service loaner for the time that we were in the process of waiting to pick the car up. This guy is totally a legend and it shows when you step in his office and see the awards he's won over the years. This is your man if you want to buy a car at Wellesley VW. Victoria is also a star dealing with the financing and paperwork to get the deal done. Great personality, informed and likely a future GM of some dealership down the road. On the other hand, the man that totally ruined the good vibe of this small town dealership. Anthony Velardo. If we had not come across him in the sales the dealership would be receiving 5 stars. He was abrasive, insulting and quite ignorant when it comes to customer service. These days the customer has the opportunity to choose which dealership they wish to buy from. This guy really put us off and I have been telling everyone about his ignorant attitude. Management needs keep this guy away from customers if they want sales to close smoothly. We almost left on the account of this one bad apple. Avoid him. Overall the car is great Kevin and Victoria are stars and when we buy our next VW in the line of many we will return to Wellesley if promised we do not need to deal with Anthony. More

I worked with Marc Schoenhammer both times and appreciated his calm, patient and knowledgeable help. Last week I returned to the dealership and test drove several cars, and Marc's no pressure help was again appreciated. I put a deposit down on a vehicle so that my wife could drive the car the next day. We purchased the car but upon delivery a problem arose. Marc and the entire management team remained calm, patient and respectful- stating that they wanted us to be happy and satisfied. Car buying can be stressful but they worked to make the experience as easy as possible. I am grateful for their dedicated service and willingness to work with us- not just to sell a car but to make sure we were satisfied. I'm happy to recommend this dealership. More

Let me preface my remarks with the statement that I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years, most from dealers. This experience was not only pain free, but fast. In and out in 2 hours on a Sunday no less. Marc Schoenhammer was the salesman. There was little selling going on, more educating about the vehicle, and discussing finance options. No pushing or prodding. No games. And, he's a neat guy to speak with. We also met with Victoria, their Finance guru. What a pleasant, unassuming, smiling individual. Just tell what you want or don't want and it's done. No torture. Now I am a Mopar guy so it's unlikely I will buy a VW, but if I did, it would be from them. My son on the other hand, is thrilled. When Matt in Service confirmed what I'd suspected, and for other reasons, I decided to have them appraise my car for a trade-in. In the meantime I checked out the current lot of 2016 Passats. When John Nesbitt, my previous sales rep, arrived we arranged a test drive while he worked out numbers. Tested a SEL Premium - gorgeous car. When all was said and done John and I came to terms on a fair deal and I stepped up from a sporty Jetta to a pretty hot Passat. This is the second car I've bought personally from him. He's a great person to work with and once everything was official, he spent a solid half hour showing me all the crazy features of the car like the auto-parking, lane assist; syncing my phone; programming my garage door; the updated multimedia system; and so forth. The service department is excellent too. Ian Bray has always been upfront about service items that need to be done but can be held off on if money is a bit tight, and has always been knowledgable about questions I have about features, service schedules, parts, etc... People like John and Ian keep me coming back, for sales and for service, and make it easy to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a VW More
