Jens Albrecht greeted us at the door and made the whole buying process incredibly easy. He answered all of our questions, was easy to speak with, straightforward, and friendly the entire time. He was the antithesis of a sleazy salesman. I also really appreciated that he gave my husband and I the time and space to make our decision. Once we had bought the car, he and the team at Wellesley made sure that everything was taken care of quickly (the finances, registration etc) and we could pick the car up later that week. On the day I picked up the car, Jens took the time to go over all of the features with me and explained them in a very comprehensive manner. Coming from driving a 2003 VW Jetta, there was a lot to learn! Jens made it fun and easy. I highly recommend Jens Albrecht at Wellesley Volkswagon. More
