While he could not trade for the car we required and sell it to us, John alerted us to cars in PA and NY that were specced as we needed. Kevin was a delight to work with and helped me narrow down my options quickly. A mere 48 hours after leaving the dealership that first day, I was driving away in my new 2017 Jetta SE. I greatly appreciated the speed and efficiency of the whole process, and I especially liked the time Kevin spent explaining my car's features to me before I left the dealership.
