Great car, excellent experience I've been interested in the VW Golf for some time now, and I visited another dealer to test drive the car. I liked the Golf, but wasn't impressed by t I've been interested in the VW Golf for some time now, and I visited another dealer to test drive the car. I liked the Golf, but wasn't impressed by the sales person and felt put off. I thought about trying the Subaru Impreza, but didn't want to give up on the Golf. So a few days later I went to Wellesley VW to test drive the Golf SE (deciding I might want to upgrade), and I had a completely different experience. When I emailed about an appointment Charissa Benak replied promptly and was very enthusiastic and accommodating. When I got there (with no intention of actually buying a car that night), I worked with Jens Albrecht, who was terrific--really friendly, candid, respectful, patient, and knowledgeable (unlike the first sales person I dealt with, he actually had answers to all my questions!). He was so good, in fact, that I did buy the car that night, returning a few days later to pick it up. Working through the financing etc. with Anthony Velardo was also a pleasure.
