Before I discovered Wellesley I went to a number of other dealerships - many of whom were pushy and forceful. Coming to Wellesley was a nice change of pace because it felt like a family place. There was no pressure to make a deal, yet I knew I'd get the most competitive pricing because they're selling more than just a car - they are selling an experience. I'm so thrilled to have met and worked with Marc specifically. He spent a lot of time with me in person, as well as in email through my decision making process. He was very patient, kind and attentive to my needs. When I purchase the car, he sat in it with me for 30 minutes walking me through each button and feature (something I probably never would have taken the time to do). An amazing and friendly experience I owned an amazing 2007 Jetta, and it was time to trade it in for a new car, so loving VW I stayed with the brand. I was at first very loyal to anoth I owned an amazing 2007 Jetta, and it was time to trade it in for a new car, so loving VW I stayed with the brand. I was at first very loyal to another VW dealership in the area and was looking into buying a 2015 Golf there, however they did not have a standard there for me to test drive. So, after some research, I found that Wellesley had a standard on the lot, so off I went to test drive it. While I was there I met Andreas Becker, he was an amazing sales associate and made me feel so comfortable. Andreas made me feel so at ease, going through the test drive and then explaining to me about building my own Golf. At the end of the day, he found me my perfect car, was having it brought here, and it was so easy it seemed surreal. I highly recommend this dealership, and even stronger, this sales associate. They both have turned me into a faithful Wellesley VW customer. More
