I went in unsure if I was going to buy or not and just wanted to search around. Andreas Becker ended up coming to help me out and answer any questions, and when I let him know I wasn't even too serious ab wanted to search around. Normally in past experience with other dealerships, once I go in once I get hounded with calls and e-mails after I've stopped in, but Andreas never bothered me once, and after making a number of trips out to the dealership he was always extremely helpful and never pushy at all. It was a much more laid back purchasing experience than I was used to, and when I finally decided to purchase the car I wanted, they were able to get me driving away in the new car the very next day (and they didn't even have it on the lot, they had to drive to another dealership to pick the car up). I had a great purchasing experience with Andreas and the rest of the team at Wellesley VW and look forward to working with them all again in future purchases. More

Finally my dashboard noise is cured. Both Ian and Chris were fantastic, I was provided with a free loaner car and more importantly my noise is gone.
