We test drove several vehicles and discussed my likes and dislikes of each model and narrowed it down to a 2010 Jetta. Tom helped me fully understand all my options and ultimately made the buying experience very simple. Tom was also extremely flexible in helping me back on the road in terms of signing my paperwork and getting my “new” Jetta on the road. I am most certainly going to recommend Tom as an excellent resource to purchasing a new vehicle to all my friends and family in the New England area. More

He asked good questions and helped me locate the car which fit my requirements at another dealer nearby. We took a lengthy test drive during which Andreas pointed out the important features of the car. We then returned to the dealership and within a short period of time reached a fair price and completed the deal. I picked the car up a few days later and evrything was easy and in order. My wife and I were looking at a few gas-friendly new car options, and having heard great things about TDI Diesel vehicles, we stopped over at Wellesley VW to test a few out. After 5 minutes of looking aroun options, and having heard great things about TDI Diesel vehicles, we stopped over at Wellesley VW to test a few out. After 5 minutes of looking around, we were greeted by Tom Whittaker, and were taken care of for the rest of the time. Tom was able to answer our TDI questions, and informed us about points we weren't aware of beforehand. After doing a test drive, we liked the 2013 Jetta Sportswagen, but weren't ready to sign the papers that moment. Tom provided us with all the information we needed along with a fair starting price without making us feel pressured to buy right then. A big purchase like a new car is a big deal and Tom proved to understand that by not going down the 'hard sell' path with. That was huge, as he showed a lot of respect for our time and money. After a few days of thinking on it, we settled on a very fair price with Tom, and went in that afternoon to do the paperwork and pick up our new car! We also want to thank his Sales manager Mike, who succeeded in breaking the stereotype of the "man upstairs" who doesn't let the customer out of the store without providing more pressure to buy on the spot. Tom's patient and relaxed approach throughout made the car buying experience fun again. Andreas was helpful and informative, he listened to what we wanted and gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision about which car to choose. The paperwork was done speedily and we drove our VW GTI off the dealership within a week, very happy with our experience. Finally, a car-buying experience that was enjoyable! Highly recommended! More
