My salesperson, Aurelio Papon, was extremely knowledgeable about volkswagens. He had a very easy going, no pressure demeanor. He let the car sell itself. Aurelio was able to advocate for me in order to get a fair price for both me and the dealer. When i went to pick up my new car Aurelio has had hand dried the car (it had recently rained). He also walked me through setting up the bluetooth connection for my two phones an explained all the various gadgets. He was extremely patient even though I had my two children (5 and 8) with me. All in all this was a very excellent car buying experience. More

Although he carefully explained the TDI wagon was a great car, I found his description rather understated. It is a fabulous machine. Very sporty; it handles like a fine tuned sports/racer if you are so inclined. As well, it is a wonderful car on the highway for long distance driving. More
