My partner and I had been investigating getting a new car before my 12 year old car had more problems. We looked at Volkswagens and was deciding which dealer to use when he was told by a co-worker that Kevin before my 12 year old car had more problems. We began with an 'information gathering' call and he helped us look at various options new v. used, leasing v. owning. He took the time to review any concerns. Ultimately we received a price that was realistic for both ourselves and the dealership. He gave the information to Anthony Velardo for financing. Anthony was patient with my anxiety of a major purchase. He ultimately found a rate that was better than my credit union. His soft sell of additional products helped me choose the ones that best suited my needs. The whole process was quite fast..from the initial call to picking up the vehicle it was 30 hours. Kevin also spent a long time explaining the features of the car initially and then went step by step of all the features just prior to leaving the dealership. I certainly plan on 'paying it forward' and continue the recommendations. More

We just bought a new 2013 Golf TDI through salesman Andreas Becker. Without dickering or posturing he gave us what we thought was an excellent price, which included a nine-year-old trade-in car. I wanted to upgrade from my Jetta TDi (which I loved) to something more prestigious. I checked out Mercedes, Lexus and some others. Wellesley Volkswagon was so amazing on the service of my Jetta that I ha something more prestigious. I checked out Mercedes, Lexus and some others. Wellesley Volkswagon was so amazing on the service of my Jetta that I had to consider staying with them. I worked with Andreas. He is awesome! In fact, he behaved more like a prestige brand than any of the prestige brand dealers. I had to insist that Mercedes and Lexus stop calling me multiple times per week to remind me that my time to make the best deal was running out. Andreas always returned my calls within minutes but he never harassed me. He claims it's because he has confidence in his product. As he should. I bought a Toureg TDi and LOVE it. But I have to say, Wellesley VW and especially Andreas will have my business for a long time. I can't speak highly enough for them. Their price for the Toureg and my trade-in were on spot with the best rates posted on the blog sites. They never haggled and never harassed. I was looking for about 4 months as I considered a number of different vehicles. They were always glad to see me but never bugged me between visits.
