We spoke to salesperson John Nesbitt, who did a search within his cooperating dealer network and couldn't find our specified car. While he could not trade for the car we required and sell it to us, John alerted us to cars in PA and NY that were specced as we needed. Due to John's generous assistance, we were able to buy the car we the car we wanted. Our hats are off to John and his employer, Wellesley VW. More

Kevin was a delight to work with and helped me narrow down my options quickly. A mere 48 hours after leaving the dealership that first day, I was driving away in my new 2017 Jetta SE. I greatly appreciated the speed and efficiency of the whole process, and I especially liked the time Kevin spent explaining my car's features to me before I left the dealership.
