I have just bought a used VW Tiguan from Aurelio Pabon. Aurelio is friendly, patient, helpful and very pleasant to work with. I was coming off a Jetta lease and my volkswagon dealer at the time of my lease was in Brookline, since Brookline, is no long a VW dealsership, I was completley overwhelmed by going throught the turn in process and finding the next VW to lease. I knew Wellesley was not far from my office so I just picked up the phone and called them for "Help". Help came in the form of Aurelio Pabon who upon my telling him, I no longer have a dealership, he said in a very calming and friendly voice, "Yes, you do Lisa, We will be your dealership, we can help you." Immediately my stess level dropped and I felt like he completley understood my anxiety and could help me. We settled on a time to meet and he had seeral cars based on our intital discussion to show me and my husband. There was no pressure, he guided us through the process easily and at our comfort level and we were able to drive off in a new Jetta that I love the same day and took care of explaining how the turn in inspection would work. My husband and I couldn't have been more comfortable and thrilled with the experience. And as Aurelio predicted in that first interation, I look forward to working with Wellesley Volkswagon and Aurelio for many years to come. It was that OUTSTANDING! More
The sudden increase in gas prices drove me to pull the trigger on the TDI Sportwagen with the clean diesel engine. I had recently purchased a new VW Tiguan (awesome) 3 months ago from Kevin Mullin, so na trigger on the TDI Sportwagen with the clean diesel engine. I had recently purchased a new VW Tiguan (awesome) 3 months ago from Kevin Mullin, so naturally, when shopping around for my 2nd car, I was hoping Kevin's dealer could match my best offer so I could buy from him. I live closer to other VW dealers, but Kevin is the best in being honest and open through the sales process and does a great walk-through. It's nice to buy a car brand from someone who is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the brand. The only problem now is, the TDI has a long life and I may not be back for a while to buy again! But I'll recommend him to friends. More
I really enjoyed dealing with Kevin and his colleagues at Wellesley VW. I came in knowing almost exactly what I wanted in a new car and without any delay, I was able to take a car out for a test drive on my Wellesley VW. We worked out most of the details of the deal by phone the next day, and that night I was buying the car. I came by the next day after work and my car was all ready for me - cleaned, registered, inspected, and ready to go. Kevin spent at least 30 minutes with me going over nearly every detail about the car - top to bottom and bumper to bumper. I would definitely recommend Kevin and Wellesley VW in the future. More

But he also went above and beyond to explain to me my car situation. He offered me great customer service and made me feel like my business mattered but also explained to me my other options. I returned to him because he is a warm friendly salesperson who demonstrates an amazing knowlege of the vehicle choices, thei when purchasing a car. Without feeling pressured, I was able to determine which vehicle was best suited to my needs and arrive at a price that was acceptable. On delivery he was able to point out all the features and their operation so that I could drive away with confidence. After driving Hondas for many years I returned to Wellesly Volkswagen because of how impressed I am with the sales and service operation. More
i was very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase.
