I've had VW's for over 10 years and have really loved working with Wellesley VW. This particular time I had a regular service schedule and needed my windshield replaced, they truly went above and beyond working with Wellesley VW. When necessary, Ian qwill escort me to the service area where my vehicle is beibng serviced to show me and consult with the technicain about something they have discovered or which may need correction in the near future. They provide the option to me to defer or have the item fixed during that visit. This is especially helpful since many times they have to 'undo' things again that are current apart for the current service, so in the long run, my repair costs are less overall. This is what exceptional customer service is all about. I will not hesitate using them for my VW service, nor would I hesitate to recommend them to others. More

This review is for the PARTS DEPT at Wellesley. I was in need of an extra storage drawer to go under my seat (an uncommon part) which Dave was able to quickly track down and order for me.
