I have never enjoyed buying a car. Werner Kia and my dealer, Christian Ward made my buying experience not only easy, but so much fun. Christian was able to explain things to me and make me feel comfortable with my purchase without ever pushing. His knowledge and experience helped me feel so much at ease. All of the dealers there and our finance person were so helpful, friendly,and professional. I have sent many of my friends and family to to see Christian, and will do so in the future. Thankful for squeezing me in for a tire change without an appointment. Only issue was that they initially installed the wrong tire, which I find odd since the tire being removed was identical to the new rep appointment.
