Engine gone At first when I called and spoke to Tim in the service center I felt as though he did not treat me like I knew what I was talking about...as a woman c At first when I called and spoke to Tim in the service center I felt as though he did not treat me like I knew what I was talking about...as a woman calling about her car. When my husband called he got a totally different experience as far as treatment goes. Tim told me it would be ok to drive my car. He told my husband to have it towed up to Manchester and not drive it. Tim at first told me he could not fit me in for at least a week and then my husband said he was just going to get it towed up there and all of a sudden they looked were ably to look at it the next day. They had my car for almost 3 weeks. I was not offered a car to cover the time it took them to fix the car. I did tell them I had another car but after thinking about it, I was told when I bought the car that I would get a car to use for as long as it took to fix the car. Also at first I was told it was the total engine that needed to be replaced but then they told my husband it was just a part to the engine. I don't know what to believe if they just cut corners and did not replace the entire engine as they said they needed to. The woman I spoke to was very nice to me... More
Not the Werner I Knew Had my first service appointment at the new dealership and was rather disappointed. I had nothing but good experiences when Werner was at the old loca Had my first service appointment at the new dealership and was rather disappointed. I had nothing but good experiences when Werner was at the old location. For this appointment, I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time but my car was not even moved for the first 45 minutes. After about an hour and 20 minutes I was told everything looked great on the car and they were finishing up with a vacuum and wash (as had been standard with Werner). Finally got the car back after an additional 20 minutes and it wasn't vacuumed or washed. The new location is a huge upgrade but I'm hoping this isn't the new standard of service. More
Let me start by saying this dealership is close to Two hours away and worth the visit for me. It started with a phone call from me to the Werner Mazda dealership. My first contact was Katelyn who assist hours away and worth the visit for me. It started with a phone call from me to the Werner Mazda dealership. My first contact was Katelyn who assisted me with a great welcome greeting over the phone and assisted with all my questions and concerns, she even scheduled me to get in the same day. It was almost too good to be true that I called back and was greeted the same way by the same kind woman Katelyn who did direct me right to the Parts department where I also was pleasantly surprised by another great young lady Rachel. Rachel was able to get me the parts I needed and had them in stock same day with a great deal that I just could not pass up. This is how I decided to take the nice 2-hour drive to NH and meet all the AMAZING staff members at Werner Mazda. Upon arrival I met and was greeted by two great staff at the front that seem to be taking care of business and had no problem assisting me right away. Dylan stepped right in and found out who I was and got me taken care of with no issues what so ever. This was just the tip of the iceberg. There were so many staff that were so welcoming that I lost track of everyone behind the scenes that helped not to mention the appearance of the Werner Mazda dealership, it was absolutely Amazing! The show room was pristine and looked like a showroom floor in Las Vegas, Miami or California. The place was not like any other Mazda dealership I have purchased from before and I have two Mazda CX-5 beautiful Suv vehicles. Rachel assisted me Katelyn assisted me and Dylan. Just a regular oil cha.nge I appreciated how they took my car in for an oil change since I was not on their schedule. After some difficulty getting together on an appointment time, the service team was extremely helpful, professional and friendly - especially considering it was a no charge service to fix an issue after pur time, the service team was extremely helpful, professional and friendly - especially considering it was a no charge service to fix an issue after purchase. Service took a bit longer than anticipated but every effort was made to meet my schedule and problem was resolved fully and even included a car wash after. Shuttle service was helpful also. More
