Great Service Department I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the o I am selling my 2009 Miata and thought it would be a good idea to have the service department at a Mazda dealership look the car over and change the oil and air filter. The car seemed to be "dragging" recently so figured it couldn't hurt to have it checked. Glad I did, and glad I went to Werner Mazda. They quickly discovered that my left front caliper had seized, practically locking the wheel in place. They even texted me a video of the technician, first showing the issue with the caliper and then checking off several other inspection points. Service rep, Ken Armstrong, notified me of the problem and gave me some alternatives to get the car back on the road. I finally chose to have the rotors, calipers, and pads replaced on both wheels. Ken was great in directing the work and keeping me informed of my options and cost. He said they would have to order parts and could have the job done in two days. In the meantime, he gave me a loaner car for free. How can you beat that? Needless to say the work was done on time as promised and the car rides like a champ again -- thanks to Ken Armstrong and his team. Great job! Five stars! More

Both times were very prompt in check-in first thing in the AM and had a loaner car waiting as I needed to get to work. When repair was complete, called and was completed we ll ahead of scheduled time. Also did a complete inspection of possible future issues to keep an eye on so it wouldn't come as a surprise. Overall excellent service and both service workers were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!! More

Do not care about their customers On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership On Werner Mazda’s website it states, “We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service by ensuring that each customer leaves our dealership with an exceptional shopping experience.” My son was taking our car in for routine service and replacement of a taillight bulb when he was struck by a semi trailer with the Mazda logo on it while at a standstill trying to turn into the service garage. No one checked on my son, the customer’s, condition. Rather, the Mazda employee made sure to check on the driver of the semi. The first thing that the dealership manager who bears the name of the company said is, “It’s an independent trucking company. It’s not our fault.” When a phone call was requested to talk to the manager upon completion of the service, I was told I would receive a call the next day. 3 days later and still no phone call. Extremely poor customer service. Certainly not “the exceptional shopping experience.” I plan to never go back to this dealership. More

Disappointing We purchased a new car there at Werner. The sales staff was awesome. We were treated respectfully with no high pressure. At the time of the sale, we also ordered a remote car starter and worked it into the contract. We were also promised a complete detailing of the new car to be done when the remote starter was installed. After a week, we didn't hear from anyone about scheduling the installation. I called to speak to service, who was too busy to take my call, so I left a message to call me back. No one did. The next day, I called again and spoke to someone who scheduled my appointment. We dropped the car off overnight for the work to be done. At around 4:00 PM the next day I called to check the status of the work. I was told they were just finishing up. I came in to pick the car up, the service associate handed me the keys and said thank you. I asked him "where's my car?" to which he replied "it should be right outside". It wasn't. I had to ask him again to please go find my car and bring it around front. He did. My car was filthy! It was covered in pollen and had not even been vacuumed, let alone detailed. I'm very disappointed with the level of service after the sale. I ordinarily purchase a new car every 3 or 4 years but I won't be returning to Werner. More

I decided to give Werner Mazda a tr This was my first visit to Werner Mazda, I live in Massachusetts and purchased my 2018 Mazda CX5 in Massachusetts. I decided to give Werner Mazda a try in servicing my vehicle. The service adviser was expecting me and greeted me by name -- I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation - I asked him since I have 22,000 miles on the vehicle could he recommend any additional services --- he suggested an alignment --- a service that he and Werner recommend be performed annually. I took his advice --- It turned out that my alignment was outside of specifications - the service technician corrected the issue. My vehicle was returned to me cleaner than when I entered the service department (they performed a courtesy exterior wash). The cost of the service was less than I expected -- the service adviser applied a $20 discount to my invoice. The waiting area was comfortable,it has a TV, magazines to read, coffee, fruit and other snacks that are free to customers. I will return for additional service because the work was done professionally at a fair price and I was treated with respect. More
