Inspection sticker placement Service tech placed inspection sticker in line of site on my wifes windshield. She asked for the sticker to be moved to the proper position(per state Service tech placed inspection sticker in line of site on my wifes windshield. She asked for the sticker to be moved to the proper position(per state requirements) and was told by service advisor that the sticker cannot be moved. I took the car back in the following day to talk to the service advisor that my wife dealt with the day before. Without hesitation she took the car out back and had the tech move the sticker to the proper position. I was frustrated to have to make a second trip back to have this taken care of when clearly It could have easily been taken care of when my wife mentioned it the day she had the inspection done. More

The don't try to pressure you into getting work done that you don't need. The review everything that was done on your vehicle and make sure that you don't have any questions.
