Excellent service I went for the first time to this location for the 30K service of my Honda Accord. Tito Guzman made this visit very simple to me. He educated me on what services should be done to my car. He was very pacient and explain every detail of each service. I really appreciate that kind of service since I am not an expert on cars. In addition, the service of the car was done in about 45 min which was the time he estimated. Also, they have a lounge area for waiting with cookies, water, TV, free Wifi, and more. I would highly recommend this location and of course Tito for his A+ service. I am a happy customer and of course I will come back for all the services of my Honda Accord. More
Can You Say Commission. When I raised concern about the transmission during the test drive, he assured is that their cars go thru a thorough inspection, and at the signing he insisted we write him a positive review for the car in which we had not fully experienced and boy what an experience we would have. 1st the transmission went out in 2months and when I called about it and to get it serviced, no response for about 2weeks by then I had taken it to Ed Morse Cadillac and they took real good care of me even putting me in a rental for free for a week while they waited on the part and did the service, next the AC went out, acc then the CV axle, all of this in about 6-8 months of purchasing this brand spanking used lemon from Kevin Campbell of Wesley Chapel Honda. Guess all that matters that his commission check cleared the bank. Won't be back there, wouldn't advise you to go either. Hope I was helpful. More

Service Resolution with Mike Spitzig Received new tires from Wesley Chapel Honda. Had issues with the tires from the time I left the facility. Worked closely with Mike Spitzig in service Received new tires from Wesley Chapel Honda. Had issues with the tires from the time I left the facility. Worked closely with Mike Spitzig in service to resolve the issue. Mike was very responsive when ever I contacted him to help me determine the issue. Came in a total of 4 times in a week to try to get the tires to balance and run smooth. Long story short Mike, as well as the service manager and shop manager made sure I received new tires when efforts were made to correct the issue. New tires are running great and are safe. Thank you all and I will be a returning customer. More

I made my appointment online, to which i was unsure if this would work correctly. When I arrived at the drop off point, i was warmly greeted and immediately acquainted with my service advisor; Tito Guzman. From the moment we met I knew I had made the right decision to come to Wesley Chapel Honda. He assured me of the quality service that i would receive and that he'd be in contact through the whole process keeping me update with the work being done on the car. We spoke a few times that afternoon discussing the problems and deciding on a course of action. Tito was incredibly professional and I felt comfortable with the entire process. The car was fixed in short order and my vehicle was made available for pickup upon my convenience. Checking out was an absolute breeze with the kind and pleasant staff at the cashiers desk. A Pleasant Shopping Experience After receiving a number of phone calls from Tony Bolin, I was thinking to myself that times must be pretty tough, because this guy seems to be a litt After receiving a number of phone calls from Tony Bolin, I was thinking to myself that times must be pretty tough, because this guy seems to be a little anxious for us to come in. Because of a pre-planned road trip up north in the very near future, we decided maybe we should go in to see this Tony guy - maybe it was time to trade our 2010 Accord in on a newer one. We made arrangements to meet with him, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that he wasn't anything the way I had stereotyped him. Most salespersons are "pushy", which is a complete turnoff for me. Tony was extremely patient with us, spending a lot of time showing us different models and we even test drove a couple of them. He worked out some numbers for us and it seemed like a good deal, but just wanted to confirm that by visiting another Honda dealer. We explained to Tony that we just wanted to compare prices and promised to get back to him either way. The salesperson at Brandon Honda was "pushy" for one thing and then they told us there was no way Wesley Chapel could offer us the deal we told them they made without losing money. Were we liars? We then knew we needed to go back to Wesley Chapel Honda and, again, met with Tony as promised. Making a decision on which model would best fit our needs was the most difficult. Tony explained all the features of each one and didn't try to lean us towards any one in particular. We've had Accords for a number of years and decided to stick with it. When Tony had all the numbers worked out for us, we knew we made the right choice. It was a real pleasure working with him - he's a real asset to Wesley Chapel Honda. Salespersons like him make car shopping a pleasant experience. Hope he's still their for our next purchase! . More
