We arrived at the dealership basically knowing the vehicle we wanted, however not certain what trim package we needed. Past experience (other dealers) trained me to be on the defensive simply because the sales person refused to listen to our needs and up-sale the deal to meet their needs. I bought 2 used cars from this dealer back in July 2011. It ended up being my worst car buying experience. I would not advise anyone to buy from this dealership. I was sold a lemon 2003 Honda Civic for 60% It ended up being my worst car buying experience. I would not advise anyone to buy from this dealership. I was sold a lemon 2003 Honda Civic for 60% over market price and I have spent hundreds of dollars on fixing it so far. I have now gotten a brand new Accord from another dealership and I am trying to sell the 2003 Civic but before I do that, it needs almost $1,600 worth of important repairs before I can sell it. The car now is not worth more than $2,800. More
