This past Saturday was my very first time buying a brand new car and I have to thank Louis McKay for making it the best experience I could of imagined This past Saturday was my very first time buying a brand new car and I have to thank Louis McKay for making it the best experience I could of imagined. Because of Louis, I left the dealership with a New 2018 Honda Civic LX Hatchback with Honda Sensing and honestly, if it wasn't for his impeccable service, I would've left within the first hour. The dealership itself was nothing to write home about. There were probably 10-15 employees that I could see, about 5 or 6 of them being outside when we got there. My boyfriend and I parked right up front, looked all throughout the lot for about 20-30 minutes and then proceeded to walk inside. We were not greeted once as we were passed over and over, asked if we needed any help or if we had even been helped for that matter. Louis took the time to answer the millions of questions we had on vehicles that we inquired about, listened to the needs that we told him about and showed patience and understanding when it came to compromise on the price that we could afford. Being as excited as I was, I WANTED tons of things but he took in consideration everything that we talked about and got me into the best vehicle I could've imagined us leaving with for the best value. Since the sale, he has followed up with me on making sure I've remained 150% satisfied with the vehicle and even took care of an issue I had that had to go through the Service Department for. From Finance to the Service Department (Other than the manager, Dennis) it was a nightmare. I've never felt more uncomfortable and like a burden to someone to do their job, but again Louis came to the rescue and was PHYSICALLY there helping me the whole entire way. Every call, every text and any questions I have had from the time that I met him, he's been there for. I could go on and on, but I just want to make clear that Louis McKay is the reason that I bought the car and the reason that I will be referring anyone to Wesley Chapel Honda to work with Louis. If it wasn't for him, I would've left and never turned back. More

Your mileage may vary... Bought a new Honda earlier this year but was missing the owner's manual. Was promised by sales guy one would sent or available for pick up. Now after two months, multiple unanswered calls and a in person request after the first service... we have heard NOTHING. Also. we paid dealer to transfer tags for the coming year. Now two months later the tag is expired and calls to dealer requesting information have been, you guessed it, unanswered. Hondas are great cars; the post sale follow-up at this dealership not so great. More
