Never Again This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They have lost my business for servicing my car, and I will never buy another Honda if this is the type of service I will receive. The first two people I dealt with didn't want to give me the rental car that was covered under my extended warranty because I drive a Civic and it was an Accord. They discussed this right in front of me.One girl said all they had was an Accord and when the other sales associate reluctantly replied that it was "okay", the person said, "but she drives a civic". Do I need to look a certain way to drive an Accord? Yes, I drive a civic, but I'm a nurse and currently serve in the Army, and most importantly, I'm a paying customer. For an associate to be so blatantly disrespectful and rude really put a bad taste in my mouth right off the bat. My service representative was rude and pushy. He didn't care about anything I had to say, or really about my car in general. He cared that I bought something from them, and once he realized I wasn't going to, he was even worse. Myself and my girlfriend were treated terrible on two separate occasions and they will be the last two, because we will never be back to this facility and I will be sure to warn everyone in the area about the lack of common decency, customer service, and respect shown at Wesley Chapel Honda. Alex was very knowledgeable about the vehicle but was not pushy like some associates I have experienced in the past. Took a test drive and absolutely loved the car!
