Excellent Sales Experience on Third Honda Purchase I recently traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite on a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline. The pilot was excellent but my personal requirements changed and I need I recently traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite on a new 2018 Honda Ridgeline. The pilot was excellent but my personal requirements changed and I needed the capability of a mid size truck. The sales staff at Wesley Chapel Honda were very helpful and the financial aspects of the transaction were more than satisfactory. In addition to the Ridgeline and the Pilot I purchased an Accord from WCH in 2014. All three buying experiences were excellent and service after the sale was also outstanding. I would recommend the dealership to anyone interested in a new or used Honda vehicle in the greater Tampa Bay area. More

All I wanted was a test drive Kevin came in and had me waiting 45 min to do all the paper work. I told him I only wanted to test drive a specific vehicle and that I wasn’t looking Kevin came in and had me waiting 45 min to do all the paper work. I told him I only wanted to test drive a specific vehicle and that I wasn’t looking to buy today. He kept pushing and pushing and making me wait. I can’t believe I actually waited that long. Then he kept pushing for a credit score check and I told him I’m not interested in doing anything of that nature today. Again he had all his smoke and mirrrors trying to fool a young “kid” into a “great” deal. I will never buy a car from someone who doesn’t show me all the numbers and the math. Don’t be dishonest and don’t try to take advantage of people. More
